Here at the farmhouse, our expansive 10-acre property offers full service boarding at the top of Apple Hill. You and your horse will have access to the property’s amenities, all behind secure gates.
Stalls and Arena
Our spacious stalls are designed to meet your needs, available with or without a paddock. Each stall features automatic waterers to keep your horse hydrated. Regardless of your choice, our dedicated team ensures that every stall is cleaned daily and thoroughly inspected, guaranteeing a happy and safe environment for your horse.
Experience riding at its best in our fully enclosed indoor arena or our spacious outdoor arena. Both facilities are well-lit, allowing you to enjoy evening rides during the warm summer months or to ride comfortably sheltered from the winter chill. Your perfect riding experience awaits, no matter the season!
We also provide wash racks equipped with both hot and cold water for your convenience.
Pastures and Exercise
Pasture rotation is a key component of our land management plan, recognizing the vital role grazing plays in a horse's well-being. We currently offer three pastures for turnout, with plans to expand to five, all seeded with endophyte-free fescue.
To promote optimal health and well-being, we require that horses be exercised at least three times per week. This commitment helps ensure that your horse remains both mentally and physically stimulated, contributing to their overall happiness.
For your convenience, our staff is available to walk, exercise, ride, or groom your horse for an additional fee.
Wellness Program
All of the horses here are treated as our own so we are proactive with their health regiment. We require all horses that come onto the grounds to have the following without exception-

Feeding
At our facility, we prioritize the nutrition of your horse. Extensive research and testing ensure that we provide optimal feed, giving horse owners peace of mind. We feed twice daily with carefully selected offerings to support your horse’s health and energy for years of enjoyment.
Graining is available for an additional fee, and we also welcome pre-measured packs from you to ensure accurate quantities. During apple season, we often have an abundance of fresh apples, so feel free to treat your horse to an organic snack!
